Unlimited Alternatives Case Management services include,informing clients and their families about HIV/AIDS.

Unlimited Alternatives will help it's clients by coordinating services to ensure the heath and welfare of its's clients. We will ensure the client's medical,food,prescription, shelter and other social needs are met. When a client is referred to Unlimited Alternatives a Case Manager will be assigned immediately and a intake appointment will be scheduled.

The intake is a very important process and will help Unlimited Alternatives find the areas of need to assist the clients in supporting his or her needs. The intake session usually takes 1-2 hours. The purpose of this session is to help the client and case manager make a comprehensive assessment of the client's needs and personal support system. Based upon this assessment, the client and Case Manager can review available resources and develop a plan for addressing the clients needs and personal support system.
